All reservations will be held for seven days a 50% deposit is required for confirmation. Full payment is required 60 days before arrival. Full payment is required for holiday bookings.If reservations are made less than 60 days before arrival full payment is required. Upon receiving final payment we will e-mail you a "Paid and Confirmed Statement" this document will be needed at check-in. Please print on white paper and use black ink.
Our Cancellation policy is quite simple. We require written notice of cancellation. E-mail is accepted. You will forfeit your deposit if your reservation is cancelled prior to 60 days arrival. Cancellations received less than 60days prior to arrival will forfeit 75% of rent received.Cancellations prior to 30 days before arrival will forfeit 100% of your payment. If we rebook your cancelled reservation we will refund 90% of the rent received.
